作品要求 Requirements
1.主題自定，字數不限，語言中英文均可。
2.詩詞形式不限，體裁不拘。如五言、七言、詩歌、自由詩、現代詩、抒情詩、敘事詩、寓言詩、韻文詩等均可。自行選擇適合的詩歌形式。
3.參賽作品須為個人原創作品，翻譯作品概不接受，嚴禁抄襲。
4.提交方式：手寫稿或電子稿均可。手寫稿需字跡端正（禁用潦草字跡），掃描或拍攝作品圖像必需清晰，電子檔格式：doc/docx/pdf/jpg 等。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效，如評審委員未能辨認，主辦單位有權要求參賽者重新遞交或取消其參賽資格。
5.參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、粗言穢語、不雅、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容及任何違法內容。任何不合規格或與比賽無關的影片將一律取消資格。參賽作品如存在任何違法行為責任由參賽者自行負擔，與主辦單位無關。
1.Theme is open, no word limit. Both Chinese and English are acceptable.
2.The form of the poetry is unrestricted, and the genre is flexible. This includes but is not limited to: five-character verse, seven-character verse, song poetry, free verse, modern poetry, lyric poetry, narrative poetry, fable poetry, rhymed poetry, etc. Contestants may choose the poetic form that best suits their work.
3.Entries must be original works by the participant. Translated works are not accepted. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
4.Submission method: Either handwritten or electronic manuscripts are acceptable. Handwritten manuscripts must be legible (illegible handwriting is not allowed). Scanned or photographed images of the work must be clear. Acceptable electronic file formats: .doc/.docx/.pdf/.jpg, etc. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the submitted files are valid. If the judging committee is unable to discern the content, the organizer has the right to request the participant to resubmit or disqualify the entry.
5.Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, vulgar, indecent, insulting content, promotional commercial or political elements, or any controversial, inappropriate, or illegal content. Any submission that does not meet the specifications or is unrelated to the competition will be disqualified. Participants are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from their entries, and the organizer bears no responsibility.
評分標準 Judging Criteria
評審將根據參賽者組織結構、語言表達、修辭、語言精準度、意象創造力、情感真摯度及韻律等表現範疇作出綜合評分。比賽成績將根據各評審的總分平均計算，取小數點後兩位數字。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、高校代表、各辦學團體以及業界資深人士。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。
Judges will make a comprehensive score based on the participants' organizational structure, language expression, rhetoric, linguistic precision, imagery creativity, emotional genuineness, and rhythmic mastery. The competition results will be calculated by averaging the total scores from all judges, rounded to two decimal places. The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans. The judges reserve the final decision on all matters, and their scores are final. Participants must respect and accept this decision.
** 參賽作品須由參賽者本人創作完成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。如違規者，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消其參賽資格。The submitted work must be created and completed by the participant themselves. Each participant/Category may only submit one entry. If more than one entry is submitted, only the earliest one received will be considered, and the others will be discarded without further notice. The submitted work must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate content, commercial or political elements, or any controversial and inappropriate material. In case of violations, the organizers and judges have the right to disqualify the participant.
獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全組別冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.金獎：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.銀獎：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.銅獎：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.參與獎（未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Participation Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格 Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

If it is found that a participant’s registration eligibility does not match their actual age or competition division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify that participant from relevant entries. Participants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of the competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizers and judging committee have the right to disqualify them. All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights). Participants understand that they are fully responsible for any legal actions, claims, or expenses resulting from infringements of intellectual property rights related to their submitted works. By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use photos and videos of participants for educational and promotional purposes, including all publications, the association’s website, and social media. The names and relevant information of winners may also be published in association publications, including the website and social media. By submitting works for the competition, participants agree to comply with the event rules and consent to the lawful collection and processing of their personal data by the association. The association reserves the final interpretation rights of the competition rules and regulations. It retains the right to change any of the above terms and conditions and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. All awards will be determined by the judges appointed by the organizing body, and any disputes related to this event may not be contested by any party.
