2026亞太青少年配音大賽 —— 用你的聲音，演繹一個世界。每一次嘗試都是一次成長，每一次演繹都是一次突破。賽事鼓勵參賽者自選喜愛的故事、文學作品、影視片段、戲劇臺詞等內容進行配音演繹。與故事深度對話，釋放想象力，展現對語氣、語速、語調的精準把控，打破膽怯與靦腆、敢於挑戰、勇於展示自我，在配音的樂趣中鍛煉語言表達技巧、收穫成長！拿起話筒，用聲音賦予故事及角色生命！
Every attempt is a step forward; every performance is a breakthrough. The contest encourages participants to dub self-selected materials, including favorite stories, literary works, film clips, drama dialogues, and more. Engage in a deep dialogue with the story, unleash your imagination, and demonstrate precise control over tone, pace, and inflection. Break through fear and shyness, dare to challenge yourself, and bravely showcase who you are. Find joy in dubbing while improving your language expression skills and growing as a performer. Pick up the microphone – give stories and characters a voice with your own!

作品要求 Requirement
1. 配音語言：中文(普通話/粵語) 或 英文。
2. 個人形式參賽。自選喜愛的故事、文學作品 (童話、寓言、小說、繪本、原創故事等文學作品)、影視戲劇（電視劇、電影、動畫、網路劇等片段）等進行配音演繹。
3. 影片時長4分鐘內。畫面呈現：直接拍攝參賽者配音時的畫面 或者影視戲劇原片段畫面。作品配音必須為參賽者本人且必須由參賽者獨立完成，歡迎使用其他賽事之參賽作品。嚴禁盜用他人配音作品或使用任何AI軟件作為配音演繹之用。
4. 錄影格式為720P或以上。參賽者應確保影片清晰度和音頻質量，以便評審能夠正確評估表演。
5. 參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、粗言穢語、不雅、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容及任何違法內容。任何不合規格或與比賽無關的影片將一律取消資格。參賽作品如存在任何違法行為責任由參賽者自行負擔，與主辦單位無關。
1. Dubbing language: Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or English.
2. Individual participation only. Participants must dub a selection of their choice, including but not limited to: stories, literary works (fairy tales, fables, novels, picture books, original stories, etc.), films/TV dramas (TV series, movies, animation, web series clips, etc.).
3. Video length: Within 4 minutes. Visual presentation options: directly filming the participant while dubbing, or using static images, or original clips from films/TV dramas. The dubbing must be performed by the participant and completed independently. Entries previously submitted to other competitions are welcome. Plagiarism of others' dubbing works or the use of any AI software for dubbing performance is strictly prohibited.
4. Video format: 720P or higher. Participants must ensure clear video and audio quality so that judges can properly evaluate the performance.
5. Content restrictions: Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, vulgar, indecent, insulting, commercially or politically promotional material, or any other controversial, inappropriate, or illegal content. Any non-compliant videos or those unrelated to the competition will be disqualified. If an entry contains any illegal content, the participant shall bear sole responsibility, and the organiser assumes no liability.
評分標準 Judging Criteria
評審將根據參賽者聲音演繹（情感表達、語調與節奏變化）、語言流暢與咬字語音、內容創意與契合等整體效果進行綜合評分。比賽成績將根據各評審總分平均計算。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、高校代表、各辦學團體以及業界資深人士。本協會信任並尊重評判根據其專業及經驗而作出的最後判斷。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。
Judges will comprehensively evaluate entries based on the participant's vocal performance (emotional expression, intonation, and rhythmic variation), language fluency and pronunciation, as well as content creativity and thematic relevance, among other overall effects.. The Competition results will be calculated based on the average total scores from all judges. The judging panel comprises association advisors, university representatives, various educational organizations, and industry professionals. The association trusts and respects the judges' final decisions made based on their professional expertise and experience. The judges retain ultimate decision-making authority on all matters, with their scoring being final, and all participants must respect and accept these decisions.
** 參賽作品須由參賽者本人創作完成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。如違規者，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消其參賽資格。The submitted work must be created and completed by the participant themselves. Each participant/Category may only submit one entry. If more than one entry is submitted, only the earliest one received will be considered, and the others will be discarded without further notice. The submitted work must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate content, commercial or political elements, or any controversial and inappropriate material. In case of violations, the organizers and judges have the right to disqualify the participant.
獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全組別冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.金獎：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.銀獎：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.銅獎：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.優異獎 （未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Merit Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格
Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

賽事提供【電子證書、實體證書、獎盃 】獎項定制，優勝者可根據個人需求選擇定制項目。
定制費用已包含香港、澳門、台灣、中國內地、馬來西亞、新加坡之運費。其餘海外地區運費由收件方支付。

The competition offers customized awards including [e-certificates, physical certificates, and trophies]. Winners may choose to customize based on personal preferences.
Customization fees cover shipping fee for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore. For other regions shipping charges are not included (paid by the recipient.)

其他條款 Other Terms and Conditions 1.參賽者（包括未成年參賽者的父母和老師）須明瞭和同意本次比賽的規則和章程。參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。 2.參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡，倘發現參賽者之報名資格與真實年齡及參賽組別不相符,主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格。 3.參賽作品必須為原創，及不會侵犯第三者的權利(包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權)。參賽者需明白所提交參賽作品如有侵犯知識產權，而導致任何相關法律行動、索償及支出參賽者須負全責。 4.一經報名參加是次比賽，即表示參賽者已同意並授權本會保留及使用參賽者比賽中之照片及錄像作教育及宣傳用途，包括本會的所有出版刊物、本會網站及社交網站；和於本會刊物，包括本會網站及社交網站，刊登及公佈得獎者的姓名及有關資料。凡繳交作品參與比賽者，即代表同意遵守活動規則及同意本會依法蒐集、處理其個人資料。 5.本會保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。保留更改以上所有條款內容及詮釋比賽規則之權利而無須另行通知。所有獎項將由主辦機構評判之評審決定為最終依歸，若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，任何人士均不得異議。 6.比賽得獎結果將以電郵，並於此網站上刊登；訂製獎項將於訂製截止後兩個月內派發，所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。 7. 如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。 1.Participants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify them. 2.Participants are strictly prohibited from falsifying their age. Should a participant’s registration eligibility be inconsistent with their actual age or the designated age group, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify the participant from the relevant event(s). 3.All entries must be original works and shall not infringe upon the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights). Participants acknowledge that they shall bear full responsibility for any legal actions, claims, or expenses arising from intellectual property infringement related to their submitted entries. 4.By registering for this competition, participants hereby agree to and authorize the Organizer to retain and use their photos and videos captured during the competition for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Organizer’s publications, official website, and social media platforms. The Organizer is also authorized to publish and announce the names and relevant information of winners in its publications, official website, and social media platforms. By submitting entries to the competition, participants agree to abide by the event rules and consent to the Organizer’s collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws. 5.The Organizer reserves the final right of interpretation of the competition’s general rules and regulations. It also reserves the right to modify all the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. All awards are determined solely by the Organizer’s Jury Panel, whose decisions shall be final. No objections will be entertained regarding any disputes arising from this event. 6.Competition results will be notified via email and published on this website. Custom-made awards will be distributed within two months after the deadline for customization. Once an award is received or collected, no replacement will be provided for any damage or loss. The Organizer shall not be liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect information provided or failure to make contact. 7.In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the final decision-making power.
