賽事簡介 Event Information
2026亞太青少年領袖TED演講大賽，以「思想值得傳播」為核心精神，致力打造亞太地區最具深度與影響力的青少年演講平台。在有限時間內清晰、有說服力地傳遞個人觀點，已成為未來學術與職場的關鍵技能。賽事邀請亞太各地區兒童及青少年，圍繞TED風格經典主題，以獨立視角拆解時代議題，用理性語言傳遞青年思考，進而塑造當代未來領袖必備的大局觀、思維深度與青年引領力。
本屆大賽設置三大TED經典演講主題，參賽者可從中任選其一，完成一段5分鐘的原創（中/英文）演講影片：

2026 Asia-Pacific Youth Leaders TED-Style Speech Competition guided by the core philosophy of "Ideas Worth Spreading," the 2026 Asia-Pacific Youth Leaders TED-Style Speech Competition is dedicated to building the most profound and influential youth speech platform in the Asia-Pacific region. The ability to express personal views clearly and persuasively within a limited time has become a vital skill for future academic and professional success. The competition invites children and teenagers from across the Asia-Pacific to explore classic TED themes, analyze today's issues from independent perspectives, and convey young voices through thoughtful and rational language. In doing so, we aim to shape the broad vision, deep thinking, and leadership qualities essential for tomorrow's youth leaders.
This year’s competition features three speech themes. Participants may choose one to develop a 5-minute original (Chinese/English) speech video:

The competition encourages young people to draw from their own experiences and genuine reflections, presenting youth perspectives that are heartfelt, logical, and confident—capturing the very essence of TED talks: ideas at the core, expression as the wings. We look forward to hearing your voice, showcasing your eloquence and critical thinking, and lighting the way for the future with the torch of ideas.

幼兒組 Kindergarten (6歲或以下 6 years old or below)
初小組 Junior Primary 1-3
高小組 Senior Primary 4-6
初中組 Junior Secondary 1-3
高中組 Senior Secondary 4-6
大學組 University Group (18歲以上 18 or above)
比賽形式及作品要求 Requirements
1. 線上競賽，網站上傳參賽影片 。賽事以個人形式進行。
Online competition through video recording. Submit the Entry on the website. The competition is conducted on an individual basis.
2. 演講影片時長：5分鐘以內。
Speech Video Duration within 5 minutes.
3. 演講語言：英文 或 中文 (粵語/普通話) 均可。
Speech Language – English or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is acceptable.
4. 演講題目 Speech Topic ：參賽者自選以下題目。Choose one of the following topics.

4.3 【Open Theme 自訂演講主題】：如參賽者選擇自訂演講主題，必須補充說明演講題目。If the participant chooses the Open Theme, they must clearly state their self-defined speech title.
5. 錄影格式為720P或以上。影片需現場錄音，不得後期配音，可有伴奏或背景音樂，可輔以圖片、數據、案例或簡單道具來增強效果。參賽者應確保影片清晰度和音頻質量，以便評委能夠正確評審。
Video Format – The video must be recorded in 720p resolution or higher. The audio must be recorded live during filming; dubbing or post-recording of voiceover is not allowed. Background music or accompaniment is permitted. Visual aids such as images, data, case examples, or simple props may be used to enhance the presentation. Participants must ensure the video has clear picture and audio quality so that judges can evaluate the speech properly.
6. 參賽作品須由參賽者本人獨立完成。影片中必須為參賽者本人，必須清楚錄影到參賽者樣貌。不得使用他人代講、盜用他人作品或AI生成語音。歡迎使用其他賽事之參賽作品。每位參賽者只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。參賽者有責任確保所提交的檔案有效。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。任何不合規格或與比賽無關之作品將一律取消其參賽資格。參賽作品如存在任何違法行為責任由參賽者自行負擔，與主辦單位無關。
Original Work & Submission Rules – The entry must be completed independently by the participant. The participant must appear clearly on camera (face must be visible). The following are prohibited: using another person to deliver the speech, plagiarizing others' work, or using AI-generated voice. Entries previously submitted to other competitions are welcome. Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are received from the same participant, only the earliest submission will be considered; the rest will be invalidated without prior notice. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submitted files are playable and valid. The entry must not contain any obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, malicious, insulting, commercial, political, or any controversial or inappropriate content. Any non-compliant or irrelevant submissions will be disqualified. If any entry violates the law, the participant bears all legal responsibility, and the organizer shall not be held liable.
評分標準 Judging Criteria
評審將根據參賽者作品觀點、內容深度、說服力、啟發性、語言流暢度、整體表現力等範疇作出綜合評分。比賽成績將根據各評審總分平均計算。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、高校代表、各辦學團體指導教師以及業界資深人士。本協會信任並尊重評判根據其專業及經驗而作出的最後判斷。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。
Judges will make overall comprehensive score based on the participants' composition, color, creativity, aesthetics, design, and theme expression. The Competition results will be calculated based on the average total scores from all judges. The judging panel comprises association advisors, university representatives, various educational organizations' teachers, and industry professionals. The association trusts and respects the judges' final decisions made based on their professional expertise and experience. The judges retain ultimate decision-making authority on all matters, with their scoring being final, and all participants must respect and accept these decisions.
獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全組別冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.金獎：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.銀獎：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.銅獎：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.優異獎 （未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Merit Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格
Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

定制費用已包含香港、澳門、台灣、中國內地、馬來西亞、新加坡之運費。其餘海外地區運費由收件方支付。

The competition offers customized awards including [e-certificates, physical certificates, and trophies]. Winners may choose to customize based on personal preferences.
Customization fees cover shipping fee for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore. For other regions shipping charges are not included (paid by the recipient.)

其他條款 Other Terms and Conditions 1.參賽者（包括未成年參賽者的父母和老師）須明瞭和同意本次比賽的規則和章程。參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。 2.參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡，倘發現參賽者之報名資格與真實年齡及參賽組別不相符,主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格。 3.參賽作品必須為原創，及不會侵犯第三者的權利(包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權)。參賽者需明白所提交參賽作品如有侵犯知識產權，而導致任何相關法律行動、索償及支出參賽者須負全責。 4.一經報名參加是次比賽，即表示參賽者已同意並授權本會保留及使用參賽者比賽中之照片及錄像作教育及宣傳用途，包括本會的所有出版刊物、本會網站及社交網站；和於本會刊物，包括本會網站及社交網站，刊登及公佈得獎者的姓名及有關資料。凡繳交作品參與比賽者，即代表同意遵守活動規則及同意本會依法蒐集、處理其個人資料。 5.本會保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。保留更改以上所有條款內容及詮釋比賽規則之權利而無須另行通知。所有獎項將由主辦機構評判之評審決定為最終依歸，若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，任何人士均不得異議。 6.比賽得獎結果將以電郵，並於此網站上刊登；訂製獎項將於訂製截止後兩個月內派發，所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。 7. 如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。 1.Participants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify them. 2.Participants are strictly prohibited from falsifying their age. Should a participant’s registration eligibility be inconsistent with their actual age or the designated age group, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify the participant from the relevant event(s). 3.All entries must be original works and shall not infringe upon the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights). Participants acknowledge that they shall bear full responsibility for any legal actions, claims, or expenses arising from intellectual property infringement related to their submitted entries. 4.By registering for this competition, participants hereby agree to and authorize the Organizer to retain and use their photos and videos captured during the competition for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Organizer’s publications, official website, and social media platforms. The Organizer is also authorized to publish and announce the names and relevant information of winners in its publications, official website, and social media platforms. By submitting entries to the competition, participants agree to abide by the event rules and consent to the Organizer’s collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws. 5.The Organizer reserves the final right of interpretation of the competition’s general rules and regulations. It also reserves the right to modify all the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. All awards are determined solely by the Organizer’s Jury Panel, whose decisions shall be final. No objections will be entertained regarding any disputes arising from this event. 6.Competition results will be notified via email and published on this website. Custom-made awards will be distributed within two months after the deadline for customization. Once an award is received or collected, no replacement will be provided for any damage or loss. The Organizer shall not be liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect information provided or failure to make contact. 7.In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the final decision-making power.
