如何申請 How to Apply
賽事設有證書、獎盃、學校賀信及推薦信。填妥訂製申請表，完成支付，及回傳付款憑證。團體批量訂製請填寫《批量定製表》並上傳。
證書使用英文可選擇實體或電子形式，獎盃默認中文。學校賀信及推薦信為英文電子版。
實體獎項于截止訂製日期後兩個月內寄出，電子證書及推薦信于截止訂製日期後一個月內發送至登記郵箱。學校賀信將在實體獎項寄出后發送學校郵箱。

Complete Customization Form and Return payment receipt via WhatsApp or email. For Bulk Group Orders please fill {Group Order Form} then Upload.
Certificate will be issued in English in either physical or electronic versions, Trophy defaults in Chinese. School Letter and Recommendation Letter are both in English electronic versions.
Physical Awards will be sent out within two months. ECert/ REC Letters will be sent to the registered email within one month after the submission deadline. School Congrats Letters will be sent to the school's email after physical awards are dispatched.

定制費包含港澳台，新加坡，馬來西亞運費。其餘地區運費需另行支付。
請核對訂製資料準確性（中英文姓名，收件人，地址，電話等）。訂製表格一經提交，每更改一個項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。產品為個性化定制內容，下單後不接受退款申請。
若因收件人提供之配送資料錯誤、不完整，或無法順利聯繫、無人簽收等包裹無法成功派送導致貨品退回將視被視為棄貨處理，主辦方概不負責。任何額外物流重派費用將由收件人承擔。如有任何爭議，本協會保留最終決定權。
The customization fee includes shipping fee to HK, Macau, Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Malaysia. For deliveries to other regions, shipping costs will be charged separately.
Please carefully verify all order details (including full name in English/Chinese, recipient information, address, and contact number). Once the customization form is submitted, HKD $50 will be charged for each amendment. As all products are custom-made, no refunds will be accepted after the order is placed.
If the award cannot be successfully delivered and returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed contact, no one available for signature, or other delivery failures, the award shall be deemed abandoned. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any such cases. Any additional logistics re-delivery fees shall be borne by the recipient. The association reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

- 請在提交前核實訂製資料準確性（中英文姓名，收件人，收件地址，電話等資料），訂製表格一經提交，每更改一個項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。產品為個性化定制內容，下單後不接受退款申請。Please verify the accuracy of the customization details (Chinese and English names, recipient, shipping address, phone number, etc.) before submission. Once the customization form is submitted, a HKD $50 administrative fee will be charged for each change. As the products are personalized and customized, we do not accept refund requests after the order is placed.

- 如因填寫資料有誤、無法順利聯繫、未及時簽收或拒收等原因，導致包裹無法派送、投遞失敗而被退回，所產生的一切額外費用（包括退回及重新寄送之費用）均須由收件人承擔，主辦單位概不負責。請確保收件電話保持暢通，並及時接聽物流公司的派送通知。
- 所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發。如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。
- [Customization fees cover shipping fee for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore (Not including taxes). For other regions shipping costs and applicable taxes are to be borne by the recipient.]
- If the parcel fails to be delivered and is returned due to incorrect information provided, unsuccessful contact, failure to accept or sign for the parcel on time, refusal to receive it, or any other reason resulting in additional return and reshipping costs, such costs shall be borne solely by the recipient, and the organizing party shall not be held liable. Please ensure the recipient's phone remains accessible and that delivery notifications are answered promptly.
- All competition awards will not be reissued for any damage or loss once they have been signed for or collected. The Association reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
- 新加坡/馬來西亞地區建議使用信用卡 Singapore/Malaysia region, it is recommended to use a credit card.
- 台灣地區由於外匯管制，匯款注意銀行會收取較高手續費,推薦使用信用卡或其他支付方式；Taiwan region due to foreign exchange controls the banks will charge higher handling fees for remittances. It is recommended to use a credit card.
- 中國内地地區需要申請外匯轉換, 建議使用信用卡或支付寶支付；Mainland China region as foreign exchange conversion It is advisable to use a credit card or Alipay for payment.
- 香港地區推薦使用轉數快FPS/信用卡/AlipayHK。 Hong Kong region FPS/Credit Card/AlipayHK are recommended.
- 信用卡/Apple Pay/ Alipay等系統收取3%銀行手續費。A 3% bank handling fee will be charged for credit card/Alipay...transactions
