如何申請 How to Apply

填妥訂製申請表。透過WhatsApp或電郵回傳付款憑證。Complete the Customization Form. Return the payment receipt via WhatsApp or email.

賽事設有金獎及全組別冠軍，金獎，銀獎，銅獎以及參與獎獎項。證書可選擇實體證書或電子證書。推薦信為電子版。APCYTA competition offers Gold Award and The Overall Champion; Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Participation Award. The certificates can be chosen in either physical or electronic versions. Recommendation Letter is electronic versions.

實體獎項于截止訂製日期後2個月內寄送至登記地址，郵寄方式為【運費到付/運費由收件方支付】。電子證書及電子版推薦信于截止訂製日期後2星期內發送至登記郵箱。Physical Awards will be delivered within approximately 2 months via Freight Collect delivery (Shipping costs are paid by recipient) . E-Certificate and E-Recommendation Letter will be sent to the register email within approximately 2 weeks after application deadline.
申請須知 Notes for Application

證書使用英文，獎盃默認中文。請小心核對訂製信息。如資料錯誤導致郵寄失敗本會恕不負責。表格一經提交，每更改一個項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。The certificate will be issued in English, The trophy defaults to Chinese. Please verify the information before submit. A HKD $50 will be charged for each item changed. we are not be responsible for any delivery failures due to incorrect information.

凡訂製獎項學生，將在獎項寄出后發送學校賀信（請正確填寫學校英文全稱 及 學校官方電郵）。Students who order awards will receive a congratulatory letter (please fill in the full official name of the school in English and the school's official email address) .

機構或團體批量訂製請填寫批量訂製表格並發送至admin@apcyta.com。Organizations or groups to place bulk orders please download attached group form and email to admin@apcyta.com .

注意事項 Payment Notes
- 請在提交前核實訂製資料準確性（中英文姓名，收件人，收件地址，電話等資料），訂製表格一經提交，每更改一個項目須繳付港幣$50行政費。Please verify the accuracy of the customization details (Chinese and English names, recipient, shipping address, phone number, etc.) before submission. Once the customization form is submitted, a HKD $50 administrative fee will be charged for each change.
- 費用不含運費。運費由物流公司向收件人收取（運費到付形式）。如因填寫資料有誤，或無法順利聯繫，或未及時簽收、拒收等原因導致包裹無法派送投遞結果包裹被退而產生額外費用等，主辦單位概不負責。所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發。如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。
The cost does not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will be collected by logistics company (to be paid upon delivery). The organizer is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information or unsuccessful contact attempts. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred if the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, inability to contact the recipient, failure to sign for or refusal to accept the package, etc. Once the awards have been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damages or losses. In case of any disputes, the association reserves the final decision.
- 新加坡/馬來西亞地區建議使用信用卡 Singapore/Malaysia region, it is recommended to use a credit card.
- 台灣地區由於外匯管制，匯款注意銀行會收取較高手續費,推薦使用信用卡或其他支付方式；Taiwan region due to foreign exchange controls the banks will charge higher handling fees for remittances. It is recommended to use a credit card.
- 中國内地地區需要申請外匯轉換, 建議使用信用卡或支付寶支付；Mainland China region as foreign exchange conversion It is advisable to use a credit card or Alipay for payment.
- 香港地區推薦使用轉數快FPS。 Hong Kong region FPS is recommended.
- 信用卡/Apple Pay/ Alipay/等系統收取3%銀行手續費。A 3% bank handling fee will be charged for credit card/Apple Pay/Alipay/ Wechat... transactions
