培育藝術新芽，點亮創作星火。2026 青苗盃復活節藝術創作大賽，設立填色，繪畫，手工藝三大藝術創作項目，誠邀藝術愛好者以復活節為主題，透過畫筆與媒材詮釋生命的希望與活力，展現新生代的藝術視野與創作能量，為亞太文化藝術發展注入蓬勃新氣象。
2026 Budding Artist Award Easter Art Contest features three categories: Colouring, Painting, and Handicrafts.We sincerely invite art enthusiasts to interpret the hope and vitality of life with brushes and materials under the Easter theme, showcase the artistic vision and creative energy of the new generation, and inject vibrant new momentum into the cultural and artistic development of the Asia-Pacific region.

作品要求 Requirement
【填色 Coloring】
1. 需在本會提供的填色紙上進行填色及創作，填色紙請於本會網站自行下載打印。Need to use the coloring paper provided by organization for coloring and creation. Please download and print the coloring paper from our website.
2.紙張種類不限，一般畫紙即可。畫筆種類不限，可自行選擇使用任何繪畫工具如蠟筆、油畫棒、水彩筆、馬克筆、彩色鉛筆......等等進行填色創作。不接受電腦繪圖。No restrictions on the type of paper; regular drawing paper is acceptable. You can use any drawing tools you prefer for coloring, such as crayons, oil pastels, watercolor pens, markers, colored pencils, etc. Computer-generated art will not be accepted.
【繪畫組 Painting】
3. 繪畫主題：復活節。Theme : Easter.
4. 繪畫形式不限，如油畫、蠟筆畫、漫畫、國畫、水粉、水彩、粉彩、素描等。不接受電繪作品。可使用任何繪畫材料創作，作品須以平面方式創作。尺寸不限，橫直不限。Painting Styles No restrictions; you may use oil painting, crayon art, comics, traditional Chinese painting, gouache, watercolor, pastels, sketching, etc. Digital art will not be accepted. You can use any painting materials for your creation, and the artwork must be created in a flat format. There are no size restrictions, and both horizontal and vertical orientations are acceptable.
【手工藝 Craft】：
5. 主題：復活節。Theme : Easter.
6. 物料形式，創作形式，作品尺寸不限。如擺設、飾物、剪紙、海報、黏土、模型、編織、木工、陶瓷、紙藝等。There is no limit to the material, creative style, or size of the work. Examples include ornaments, accessories, paper cuts, posters, clay, models, weaving, woodworking, ceramics, and paper art.
7. 參賽作品必須由參賽者本人完成。每位參賽者只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。Entries must be completed by the participants themselves. Each participant may submit only one entry. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first one received will be valid, and the rest will be invalid without further notice.
8. 參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、粗言穢語、不雅、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容及任何違法內容。任何不合規格或與比賽無關的影片將一律取消資格。參賽作品如存在任何違法行為責任由參賽者自行負擔，與主辦單位無關。Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, vulgar, indecent, insulting content, or content that promotes commercial or political elements, or any controversial, inappropriate or illegal content. Any video that does not meet the requirements or is irrelevant to the competition will be disqualified. Participants shall bear full responsibility for any illegal acts related to their entries, which have no connection with the organizer.
評分標準 Judging Criteria
評審將根據參賽者作品構圖、色彩、創意、美學、設計、主題表達等範疇作出綜合評分。比賽成績將根據各評審總分平均計算。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、高校代表、各辦學團體以及業界資深人士。本協會信任並尊重評判根據其專業及經驗而作出的最後判斷。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。
Judges will make a overall comprehensive score based on the participants' composition, color, creativity, aesthetics, design, and theme expression. The Competition results will be calculated based on the average total scores from all judges. The judging panel comprises association advisors, university representatives, various educational organizations, and industry professionals. The association trusts and respects the judges' final decisions made based on their professional expertise and experience. The judges retain ultimate decision-making authority on all matters, with their scoring being final, and all participants must respect and accept these decisions.
** 參賽作品須由參賽者本人創作完成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。如違規者，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消其參賽資格。The submitted work must be created and completed by the participant themselves. Each participant/Category may only submit one entry. If more than one entry is submitted, only the earliest one received will be considered, and the others will be discarded without further notice. The submitted work must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate content, commercial or political elements, or any controversial and inappropriate material. In case of violations, the organizers and judges have the right to disqualify the participant.
獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全組別冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.金獎：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.銀獎：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.銅獎：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.優異獎 （未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Merit Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格
Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

賽事提供【電子證書、實體證書、獎盃 】獎項定制，優勝者可根據個人需求選擇定制項目。
定制費用已包含香港、澳門、台灣、中國內地、馬來西亞、新加坡之運費。其餘海外地區運費由收件方支付。

The competition offers customized awards including [e-certificates, physical certificates, and trophies]. Winners may choose to customize based on personal preferences.
Customization fees cover shipping fee for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Malaysia, and Singapore. For other regions shipping charges are not included (paid by the recipient.)

其他條款 Other Terms and Conditions 1.參賽者（包括未成年參賽者的父母和老師）須明瞭和同意本次比賽的規則和章程。參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位和評審委員會有權取消其參賽資格。 2.參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡，倘發現參賽者之報名資格與真實年齡及參賽組別不相符,主辦單位和評審委員有權取消該參賽者相關項目的參賽資格。 3.參賽作品必須為原創，及不會侵犯第三者的權利(包括知識產權、保密權或私隱權)。參賽者需明白所提交參賽作品如有侵犯知識產權，而導致任何相關法律行動、索償及支出參賽者須負全責。 4.一經報名參加是次比賽，即表示參賽者已同意並授權本會保留及使用參賽者比賽中之照片及錄像作教育及宣傳用途，包括本會的所有出版刊物、本會網站及社交網站；和於本會刊物，包括本會網站及社交網站，刊登及公佈得獎者的姓名及有關資料。凡繳交作品參與比賽者，即代表同意遵守活動規則及同意本會依法蒐集、處理其個人資料。 5.本會保留對比賽總規和章程的最終解釋權。保留更改以上所有條款內容及詮釋比賽規則之權利而無須另行通知。所有獎項將由主辦機構評判之評審決定為最終依歸，若有任何有關本活動的爭議發生，任何人士均不得異議。 6.比賽得獎結果將以電郵，並於此網站上刊登；訂製獎項將於訂製截止後兩個月內派發，所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發；如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。 7. 如有任何爭議，本協會將保留最終決定權。 1.Participants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify them. 2.Participants are strictly prohibited from falsifying their age. Should a participant’s registration eligibility be inconsistent with their actual age or the designated age group, the Organizer and Jury Panel reserve the right to disqualify the participant from the relevant event(s). 3.All entries must be original works and shall not infringe upon the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights). Participants acknowledge that they shall bear full responsibility for any legal actions, claims, or expenses arising from intellectual property infringement related to their submitted entries. 4.By registering for this competition, participants hereby agree to and authorize the Organizer to retain and use their photos and videos captured during the competition for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Organizer’s publications, official website, and social media platforms. The Organizer is also authorized to publish and announce the names and relevant information of winners in its publications, official website, and social media platforms. By submitting entries to the competition, participants agree to abide by the event rules and consent to the Organizer’s collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws. 5.The Organizer reserves the final right of interpretation of the competition’s general rules and regulations. It also reserves the right to modify all the above terms and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. All awards are determined solely by the Organizer’s Jury Panel, whose decisions shall be final. No objections will be entertained regarding any disputes arising from this event. 6.Competition results will be notified via email and published on this website. Custom-made awards will be distributed within two months after the deadline for customization. Once an award is received or collected, no replacement will be provided for any damage or loss. The Organizer shall not be liable for undelivered parcels due to incorrect information provided or failure to make contact. 7.In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the final decision-making power.
