【填色組 Coloring】
1. 需在本會提供的填色紙上進行填色及創作，填色紙請於本會網站自行下載打印。Need to use the coloring paper provided by organization for coloring and creation. Please download and print the coloring paper from our website.
2.紙張種類不限，一般畫紙即可。畫筆種類不限，可自行選擇使用任何繪畫工具如蠟筆、油畫棒、水彩筆、馬克筆、彩色鉛筆......等等進行填色創作。不接受電腦繪圖。No restrictions on the type of paper; regular drawing paper is acceptable. You can use any drawing tools you prefer for coloring, such as crayons, oil pastels, watercolor pens, markers, colored pencils, etc. Computer-generated art will not be accepted.
【繪畫組 Painting】
3. 繪畫主題：以中秋相關為主題。Theme: Mid-Autumn
4. 繪畫形式不限，如油畫、蠟筆畫、漫畫、國畫、水粉、水彩、粉彩、素描等。不接受電繪作品。可使用任何繪畫材料創作，作品須以平面方式創作。尺寸不限，橫直不限。Painting Styles No restrictions; you may use oil painting, crayon art, comics, traditional Chinese painting, gouache, watercolor, pastels, sketching, etc. Digital art will not be accepted. You can use any painting materials for your creation, and the artwork must be created in a flat format. There are no size restrictions, and both horizontal and vertical orientations are acceptable.1、

5.主題：以中秋相關為主題。Theme: Mid-Autumn
6.物料形式，創作形式，作品尺寸不限。如擺設、飾物、剪紙、海報、黏土、模型、編織、木工、陶瓷、紙藝等。There is no limit to the material, creative style, or size of the work. Examples include ornaments, accessories, paper cuts, posters, clay, models, weaving, woodworking, ceramics, and paper art.
7.作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成。The submitted artwork must be created by the participant's own hand and completed independently.
8. 參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、粗言穢語、不雅、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容及任何違法內容。任何不合規格或與比賽無關的影片將一律取消資格。參賽作品如存在任何違法行為責任由參賽者自行負擔，與主辦單位無關。The submitted works must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, vulgar, insulting content, commercial or political elements, or any controversial or inappropriate content, as well as any illegal content. Any videos that do not meet the specifications or are unrelated to the competition will be disqualified. Participants are responsible for any legal issues arising from their submissions, and the organizers will not be held liable.
評分標準 Judging Criteria
評審將根據參賽者構圖、色彩、創意、美學、設計、主題表達等表現範疇作出綜合評分。比賽成績將根據各評審的總分平均計算，取小數點後兩位數字。評審團成員包括本協會顧問、高校代表、各辦學團體以及業界資深人士。評審對一切事宜保有最終決定權，其評分為最終決定，參賽者必須尊重及接受。Judges will make a comprehensive score based on the participants' composition, color, creativity, aesthetics, design, and theme expression. The competition results will be calculated by averaging the total scores from all judges, rounded to two decimal places. The judging panel includes advisors from our association, representatives from various educational institutions, and industry veterans. The judges reserve the final decision on all matters, and their scores are final. Participants must respect and accept this decision.
** 參賽作品須由參賽者本人創作完成。每位參賽者每個項目只可遞交一份參賽作品。如多於一份參賽作品，以最早收到的一份為準，其餘作廢，並不作另行通知。參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分、宣傳商業或政治元素或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。如違規者，主辦單位和評審委員有權取消其參賽資格。The submitted work must be created and completed by the participant themselves. Each participant/Category may only submit one entry. If more than one entry is submitted, only the earliest one received will be considered, and the others will be discarded without further notice. The submitted work must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate content, commercial or political elements, or any controversial and inappropriate material. In case of violations, the organizers and judges have the right to disqualify the participant.
獎項及榮譽 Awards
1.全組別冠軍：不分組別，佔所有參賽者約2% Overall Champion：~2% of all participants
2.金獎：佔組別參賽者數約8% Gold Award：~ 8% of participants in each division
3.銀獎：佔組別參賽者數約10% Silver Award：~10% of participants in each division
4.銅獎：佔組別參賽者數約12% Bronze Award：~12% of participants in each division.
5.參與獎（未獲以上獎項的參賽者）Participation Award: For those not receiving the above awards.
**最佳教育獎：推薦參賽者達5名或以上,有機會獲得評選資格 Best Education Award: who recommend 5 or more participants will be eligible for the award selection.

領取禮品/奬項細則 Award Collection Terms and Conditions 1、比賽得獎結果將以電郵，並於此網站上刊登； 2、訂製獎項將於訂製截止後兩個月內派發； 3、奬項及證書運費到付寄送； 4、所有比賽獎項一經簽收或領取，如有任何損壞或遺失，將不獲補發； 5、如因填寫資料有誤或無法順利聯繫，以致包裹無法投遞，主辦方概不負責。 Competition results will be announced via email and posted on this website. Customized awards will be distributed within two months after the Customization deadline. Awards and certificates shipping fees to be paid upon delivery. Once signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued for any damaged or lost awards or certificates. Once the form is submitted, a fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each change made. Participants are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting their age. If it is found that a participant’s registration eligibility does not match their actual age or competition division, the organizers and judges reserve the right to disqualify that participant from relevant entries. Participants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of the competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizers and judging committee have the right to disqualify them. All submitted works must be original and must not infringe on the rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights, or privacy rights). Participants understand that they are fully responsible for any legal actions, claims, or expenses resulting from infringements of intellectual property rights related to their submitted works. By registering for this competition, participants agree and authorize the association to retain and use photos and videos of participants for educational and promotional purposes, including all publications, the association’s website, and social media. The names and relevant information of winners may also be published in association publications, including the website and social media. By submitting works for the competition, participants agree to comply with the event rules and consent to the lawful collection and processing of their personal data by the association. The association reserves the final interpretation rights of the competition rules and regulations. It retains the right to change any of the above terms and conditions and interpret the competition rules without prior notice. All awards will be determined by the judges appointed by the organizing body, and any disputes related to this event may not be contested by any party.
